To prepare the apartment on time for the next guests, we recommend the visit to start immediately after the check-out time. Please provide a lockbox code, a key with the concierge, or another secure access method.
Our team removes the used linen and places it in the location you specify (closet, washing machine, or dry-cleaning bags). We then put on a clean set prepared by you in advance.
You need to have a stock of supplies (toilet paper, coffee capsules, shampoos). Our role is to monitor availability and restock the property according to your requirements before check-in.
If our team notices any obvious damage to the property or missing items during cleaning, we will inform you promptly (with photos) so you can report it to the platform.
By standard, we discard all opened food items from the refrigerator and cabinets. If you would like unopened products (e.g., alcohol or soft drinks) to be kept, please let us know.
